Beam me up Scotty!
So, Adam Scott has successfully defended his Singapore Open Title with a Birdie on the 18th hole at Serapong yesterday, after a painful decision from the officials to have a 3 hole playoff between Ernie Els and himself.
I think it's a curse for Ernie Els to hit a bogey on the 18th just like he did on Caltax Masters' 18th to take the position of only the 1st runner up. I wonder if he'd think thrice before coming the next time.
One thing's for sure, Adam Scott will be here again next year to defend his title!
The skies were unkind for some golfers, having to stop play twice on Round 4 of Barclays Singapore Open yesterday. It definitely was a relief for others whose scores after the 3 rounds were better than their scores after they completed the 4th round. Amongst were local hero Mardan Mamat, and his good friend Lam CB.
giving Adam Scott a 2-putt advantage, but Scott needed just 1 putt.
